IVT TDS is a temperature-rising desorption analyzer, and it is a device to measure and analyze the gas that is desorbed from the sample surface when the temperature is raised. This can provide accurate information about the binding energy of each molecule. By using this technology, changes in the amount and composition of gas in the ultra-high vacuum region can be known down to trace amounts, and changes with temperature and time can be measured qualitatively and quantitatively. It has the best sensitivity among analysis technologies and also has excellent stability as it is chemical-free.

What is TDS?

TDS is a device for measuring and analyzing the gas that is desorbed from the surface of the sample while raising the temperature of the sample.

It is used to analyze and prevent the cause in advance through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the gas emitted during the process.
