IVT TDS is a
temperature-rising desorption analyzer, and it is a device to measure and
analyze the gas that is desorbed from the sample surface when the temperature
is raised. This can provide accurate information about the binding energy of
each molecule. By using this technology, changes in the amount and composition
of gas in the ultra-high vacuum region can be known down to trace amounts, and
changes with temperature and time can be measured qualitatively and quantitatively.

What is TDS?
TDS is a device for measuring and
